7. Updates, changes, and discontinuation

We may update the Game at any time, add or remove features, change difficulty or balancing, and adjust the price or availability of in-app products. We may also discontinue the Game with reasonable prior notice in the Game or on this website. We will try to give players a reasonable opportunity to use remaining virtual items before any discontinuation, but we are not obliged to refund unused virtual items unless required by mandatory law.

8. Third-party services

The Game integrates third-party services (including Unity, Google, Apple, and ad networks via Unity LevelPlay). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, as listed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. None of the limitations in these Terms exclude or limit our liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory German law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the date of the latest revision at the top. Continued use of the Game after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
