5. Third parties we share data with

Economic Fury uses the following third-party services. Each of them processes some of your data on our behalf or as an independent controller, according to their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with these partners only to operate the Game and the features listed in Section 4.

6. Ads and the Advertising ID

If you have not opted out of personalized advertising on your device, ad networks accessed through Unity LevelPlay may use your mobile Advertising ID to serve ads that are more relevant to you. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time:

If you purchase the “Remove Ads” in-app product, banner and interstitial ads stop being shown. Rewarded ads remain available as an opt-in feature for earning extra in-game rewards.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, email bitbuddylabs@gmail.com. To help us verify your identity, please include your in-game Unity player ID where possible.

8. Children

Economic Fury is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in EU jurisdictions where that higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to the Game, please contact us and we will delete it. Where required, the Game serves only non-personalized, contextual ads to users we identify as minors.

9. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and the Game is in active use, plus a short retention period for backups and abuse prevention. Purchase records and tax-relevant data are kept for as long as required by German law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO).

10. Security and international transfers

Personal data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS). The third-party services listed in Section 5 are operated by companies that may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or change ad partners. The current version is always available at this URL, and the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the Game when reasonable.
