FAQ
I bought StraitHash (or another product) and didn’t receive it
First, try restarting the Game. The Game checks your purchase history with Google Play / the App Store on startup and grants any missing entitlements automatically. If the item still doesn’t appear, email us with your Unity Player ID and the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account you used to make the original purchase. Then start Economic Fury — the Game will detect your previous non-consumable purchases (such as Remove Ads or level unlocks) and restore them. Consumable items like StraitHash and ad tickets are tied to the account that received them and cannot be “restored” after they have been spent.
I watched a rewarded ad but didn’t get the reward
Rewarded ads only grant a reward if the ad finished playing successfully. If the ad closed early, was interrupted by a phone call, or had no internet connection at completion, the reward may not be delivered. If this happens repeatedly, email us with your Unity Player ID, the device, and the approximate time the ad failed.
Ads aren’t loading
Ad networks need an active internet connection and a few seconds to load fresh ads. If no ad is available right now, the “Watch ad” button will be unavailable until one is ready. Try again in a minute, or after closing and reopening the Game.
My progress disappeared / I lost my StraitHash
If you have a Unity account, your progress is also saved in Cloud Save. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google Play Games account you used before, and restart the Game so it can pull the latest cloud save. If progress is still missing, email us with your Unity Player ID and your last-known StraitHash balance and level.
Google Play Games sign-in fails
This is almost always a Google Play Games settings issue rather than an Economic Fury issue. Open the Google Play Games app, sign in there first, and then return to Economic Fury and try linking again. If it still fails, send us the device model and OS version.
How do I find my Unity Player ID?
In the Game, open the Settings menu. Your Unity Player ID is shown in the Account section. You can long-press it to copy.
What is StraitHash?
StraitHash is the in-game currency of Economic Fury. You can earn it by playing levels or buy it as a one-time top-up. StraitHash is used to upgrade equipment and unlock content. It has no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable between accounts. See the Terms of Service for details.
How do I delete my account?
See the dedicated Delete My Data page.
